I just wanted to post some thoughts on what we do and try to prioritize them. Scharese brought up the point that there are more fun things we can work on, but the things that aren't as fun need to be on our minds too. So here is my attempt to list most everything that needs to be done. After the long list, I will try to prioritize the major items.

Decide what videos to produce first (who are our target customers)

• Getting lots of people to link to us

• Trade Shows/Conventions
• Telemarketing - are we allowed to?
• Start our own "affiliate program" where we give people a cut, if they sell it for us

Create a business plan

• What is our Mission - This focuses us on what our primary goal is
• Everything we do should contribute to the Mission Statement

• Bear in mind that any delivery method costs money
• There is money to be made giving it away and using the traffic to generate income
